The problem with this cooking method when making soboro is that the high temperature sets the proteins in the meat too quickly and you end up with lumps of meat. - You need 200 g of minced chicken (thigh).
- It's 1 of and 1/2 table spoons soy sauce.
- It's 1 tablespoon of japanese wine (sake).

- It's 1/2 table spoon of sugar.
- You need 2 of eggs.
- You need 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- You need 2 pinch of salt.
- You need 50 g of green beans.
- You need of steamed rice for four persons.
- Prepare of red ginger.
Donburi are dishes with rice and a tasty topping. This dish is made with minced meat and a spicy sauce. If you do not like pork, you can replace it with beef or chicken. In a medium pot, put together ground chicken, sugar, Soy Sauce, Mirin, and Sake.

- Put ground chicken meat, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, grated ginger in a pan and mix well. (using 2~3 chopsticks) When mixed well, put on fire. Cook with constant stirring..

- Boil the green beans and slice them diagonally..

- Place rice in a bowl and decorate three items and red ginger on top of it..
- I used green beans, but I think green soybeans (edamame) and green peas can be used instead..
